Each piece is made to order. Orders within Serbia are delivered within 21 days of placing your order, including production and shipping.
Delivery within Serbia is free. Payment is made in cash upon delivery.
For international orders, please contact us before placing your order and include the product and size you’re interested in. We’ll confirm availability, shipping costs, estimated delivery time and available payment options.

Returns & Exchanges
To arrange a return or size exchange, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number. We’ll respond within 1 day.
For returns, please send the item back within 14 days of notifying us. You may try it on to check the fit, but please avoid wearing or washing it and keep the tags attached. Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
Exchanges
If your requested size is in stock, we’ll dispatch the replacement after receiving and inspecting your returned item. Otherwise, please allow 14 days for production, plus delivery time.
You cover the cost of returning the item; we cover delivery of the replacement within Serbia.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued in cash, with collection or delivery arrangements agreed with you. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us. We’ll cover all shipping costs related to the return or exchange. The 14-day return window does not limit your rights regarding faulty items.
