Throughout these Terms, “TIGHT”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the seller identified above.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

  1. Products

TIGHT produces limited garments in an independent workshop in Serbia.

Product photographs and descriptions are presented as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on the screen or device used.

Because garments are produced and finished by hand, minor variations that do not affect the quality or intended use of the product may occur.

Measurements are provided in centimetres. Slight measurement variations may occur due to the production and manual measurement process.

  1. Made-to-order production

Unless otherwise stated, TIGHT garments are made after an order is placed.

Orders within Serbia are produced and delivered within 21 days of the order date. This period includes production and shipping.

Made-to-order production does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to standard products.

  1. Orders

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery and sizing information.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact details provided during checkout.

We reserve the right to contact you to confirm order information. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the information provided is incomplete, the order appears fraudulent or an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

  1. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Serbian dinars (RSD) and include applicable taxes where required.

Orders delivered within Serbia are paid in cash to the courier upon delivery. No advance payment is required.

International shipping costs, delivery times and payment methods are confirmed individually before an international order is accepted.

  1. Delivery

Delivery within Serbia is free.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a valid phone number.

TIGHT is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information, the customer being unavailable to receive the parcel, courier disruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will nevertheless make reasonable efforts to assist with delivery issues.

  1. Returns, exchanges and faulty items

Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.

Conditions, shipping responsibilities and refund procedures are described in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Exchanges Policy limits mandatory rights relating to defective, incorrect or non-conforming products.

  1. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the TIGHT name, logos, designs, photographs, videos, graphics and written content, belongs to TIGHT or is used with permission.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used commercially without prior written permission.

  1. Acceptable use

You must not use this website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, interfere with its security or operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or submit harmful code or misleading information.

  1. Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify. We may also use third-party providers for hosting, analytics, communication, payment support and delivery.

Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

  1. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that we may use it to process, produce and deliver your order and communicate with you about it.

  1. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TIGHT is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from use of the website or delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

  1. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, store operations or legal obligations change.

The version published on this website at the time an order is placed applies to that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

  1. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

Consumers retain any mandatory rights and dispute-resolution options available under applicable consumer protection law.
